Meet the Team

Sharon is the Managing Director of both Frisby Lakes and Finlog, working alongside her husband Rob since 1995 to successfully grow and develop the businesses.

With decades of experience, Sharon has been instrumental in shaping the direction and day-to-day operations of both companies. While Rob’s work has often taken him across the UK and internationally—including regular visits to partner factories in Finland—Sharon has provided consistent leadership at home, ensuring the businesses run efficiently and effectively.

Together since 1981, Sharon and Rob bring a wealth of experience and a long-standing commitment to quality, which is reflected in everything they do. Sharon’s professional background is in Special Educational Needs, in which she holds a degree gained in the early 1990s. Today, she focuses her expertise on the ongoing development of Frisby Lakes and Finlog.

Sharon is particularly passionate about sustainable development, a value that is clearly embedded throughout the Frisby Lakes project. In addition to her leadership role, she is a fully qualified open water swimming lifeguard, paddleboard instructor, and first responder. She is an active presence on-site and enjoys spending time on the water, often introducing newcomers to paddleboarding on the 40-acre lake.
