Tori has been a key part of the business for over eight years, playing a central role in both the strategic and day-to-day operations of Frisby Lakes and Finlog. With a hands-on approach, she oversees the smooth running of the office while also supporting wider business functions across the park and development projects.

Tori leads the management of the holiday park operations, ensuring a high-quality experience for lodge owners and visitors alike. Alongside this, she project manages the delivery of log cabin builds, coordinating each stage from initial concept and design through to completion, working closely with clients, suppliers, and contractors.

Holding a degree in engineering, Tori brings a strong technical foundation to her role. She specialises in CAD design, producing detailed and accurate visualisations that enable clients to fully understand and realise the potential of their lodge—whether on-site at Frisby Lakes or at their own location. Her ability to bridge technical design with practical delivery makes her an integral part of the client journey.

With a background in both operations and development, Tori combines strategic thinking with practical execution, contributing significantly to the continued growth and success of the business.
